Synopsis
After surviving a near-death experience, David begins confronting visions and memories that challenge his understanding of who he is. What first appears to be a personal spiritual awakening gradually takes on mythic dimensions as he encounters the possibility that his identity stretches far beyond a single lifetime.
The story introduces the Lion of God as an awakened guardian caught between ordinary human life and a larger conflict involving angelic beings, ancient powers, and forces operating beyond everyday perception.
